What to send
- Bugs: your device and browser, the table you were at, what you tapped and what went wrong. A screenshot helps a lot.
- Topic ideas: the topic ("Things you can't say to...") and three acronyms with your best lines. Good ones might ship.
- Purchase problems: if something you bought doesn't work, email within 14 days and we'll fix it or refund you. Include your player name.
- Delete my data: email from the address on your account, or tell us your player name, and we'll delete your account and records. See Privacy.
- Reporting a player: the table name, the player name and what happened. Hate, threats and other people's private info get removed.
- Press and partnerships: who you are and what you have in mind.
What to expect
Replies come from a real person, not a ticket robot. It's a small shop, so give us a few days.
